The University's Maintenance/Grounds/Housekeeping department has implemented a new help request system, SchoolDude. You can access the MySchoolDude website from this URL:
The first time you submit a request on MySchoolDude, you will have to register in the system. Click the "Register" link to open a registration screen.
If you've already registered, just enter your email address and password to login.
The registration screen should be pre-populated with the University's SchoolDude account number. However, if it isn't, you can manually enter the number (98450944) in
the account number field. Fill out the rest of the form then click "Submit."
Please note that your registration will NOT
be completed until you have submitted a help request!
Once you've registered (or logged in on return visits), you'll be taken directly to the Maintenance Request form.
The form should be pre-populated with the information you entered when you registered.
To submit a help request:
To view the status of requests you've submitted, click the "My Requests" tab.
Once a request has been assigned, you can click on the name of the person assigned to send an email with update or questions about your request.
To change your notification settings or to change your password, click the "Settings" tab.
