Description:
A study of communication as related to business. The course includes principles of effective business communication using technology to generate documents, including letters, memos, and reports. International, ethical, and interpersonal topics are integrated. Students will learn to manage business protocol and etiquette issues. Prerequisite: Completion of the writing-intensive requirement.
