Description:
A course to assist prospective teachers with an understanding of the various roles that technology has in the teaching and learning process. It introduces technology applications for use in the classroom with Business and Educational Technology a particular focus on student inquiry and research into their chosen content area. This course provides skills to candidates for using a variety of technological resources in educational settings. At the end of the course, students should possess basic knowledge of technology used in conjunction with their chosen licensure area, be skilled in the use of common hardware, application software, web tools used in classrooms.
